Special Shipping Requirement

The products listed below must be shipped using Non-Merchandiser Freight (FRT) and should not be shipped via UPS or other parcel carriers.

These products are susceptible to shipping damage when shipped through parcel carriers such as UPS. To help ensure safe delivery, please select Non-Merchandiser Freight (FRT) during checkout.

Orders shipped via UPS or other parcel carriers are shipped at the customer's risk. Modern Ice Equipment & Supply is not responsible for damage resulting from the selection of an incompatible shipping method.

Tariff Notice

Modern Ice reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect the impact of any tariffs, duties, or similar government-imposed charges imposed on or after the date of this proposal. The customer acknowledges that tariffs or other similar government-imposed charges may be implemented, modified, or become applicable before product shipment. The customer further acknowledges that these tariffs are beyond the control of Modern Ice. Accordingly, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the quoted prices are subject to increase as a result of such tariffs. In the event of a price increase due to such tariffs, Modern Ice shall provide the customer with written notice and documentation supporting the adjustment.
