Modern Ice reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect the impact of any tariffs, duties, or similar governmental charges imposed on or after the date of this proposal. The customer acknowledges that tariffs or other similar government imposed charges may be implemented, modified, or become applicable before product shipment. The customer further acknowledges that these tariffs are beyond the control of Modern Ice. Accordingly, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the quoted prices are subject to increase as a result of such tariffs. In the event of a price increase due to such tariffs, Modern Ice shall provide the customer with written notice and documentation supporting the adjustment.
